Stockport Interchange has re-opened following a huge bus fire on Sunday evening.

A double-decker bus caught fire around 6pm on Sunday 9 March, in the centre of the interchange.

A police investigation has started to find out the cause of the fire.

Nobody was injured in the blaze.

The interchange was closed completely as crews dealt with the incident.

Three fire engines were called to the scene, with firefighters spending around 45 minutes fighting the blaze.
