Stockport suburb set for unique artisan market this summer

A vibrant community market will visit Woodford this summer.
Worker Bee Markets, Stockport's only local market organiser, will be bringing more than 40 hand-picked, friendly and talented makers and traders to Woodford Park Garden Centre on Saturday 7 June.
The event will run from 10am-3pm, and will also feature activities for families such as planting and crafting.
There'll be lots of local makers on the day, showcasing their handmade, affordable crafts, gifts, treats, jewellery, homeware and more.
Market organisers have also invited along Bramhall & Woodford Rotary and Girlguiding Stockport, who will be running free crafting and planting activities all day, alongside local magician Simon Hobday and face painting from The Artful Dodger.
It's one of many local events and markets run by Worker Bee Markets. There are also monthly pop-ups in Reddish and regular seasonal events in Bramhall and Hazel Grove.

Once again, this particular event takes place at Woodford Park Garden Centre, Chester Road, Woodford on Saturday 7 June, 10am-3pm.
