It's clearly working. In a recent visit, we were introduced to 'Mount Cheadle' which sits just by the entrance - it's a veritable mountain of rolls which have all been bought and are waiting to be fitted; a visual proof of how popular the business is becoming.

In one instance, they carried out a worldwide search for a Wilton carpet on behalf of a customer who was looking for something very specific. After finding a supplier in Belgium, Rightway gave a quote which was over £1,000 less than what the customer was first quoted by a national carpet company.

And so, one lucky customer became the proud owner of a wonderfully dark and complex patterned carpet, matched throughout their entire home.

Other recent projects include a wooden-style chevron floor for a 'lovely' couple in Heald Green, and a boldly stylish tartan carpet elsewhere in the North West.

These few examples prove, in any case, Graham and Mark's point of helping the customer choose what they like best - contrary to any prevailing trends or what the customer might think they 'ought' to have.

The pair help bring their expertise to bear on choosing exactly the right style and fit for the customer, so that ultimately the final result is only what the customer is happy with.
