Stockport Market is hosting a 'spooktacular' Halloween event this weekend.

On 17 October, the market will be transformed into a hub of food traders and live performers as part of 'Saturday Snack Down', a free monthly event.

This month, visitors are in for a spooky special.

It's free to attend, and will run from 12-5pm.

A spokesperson for Stockport Market said: "Saturday Snack Down is all about creating fun, memorable days out for local families and bringing even more life and activity into the market.

"It's exactly the kind of event we love bringing to Stockport Market - something fun, welcoming and memorable for children and families to enjoy together.
