Sales Executive - Nub News

This is an unusual posting as it is one of our own!

Nub News is looking for a sales executive to work on a full-time basis for a salary of £24,000-28,000 annually, plus a commission bonus. This role is not, in fact, based in Stockport - rather, it is based at our head office in Crewe.

Still, the role would involve contacting and dealing with businesses in our towns across the UK, including Stockport. The ideal applicant will have some prior experience in sales.

According to the job description: "Nub News is looking for a highly motived and enthusiastic person to actively outbound prospective customers (B2B) to offer the benefits of sponsorship/advertisement packages with Nub News. The Sales executives report to the CEO and will be a key part of the commercial growth.

"You will be dealing with calling potential businesses for sponsors, logging sales data into Salesforce, creating and maintaining a pipeline of future customers through follow up calls and referrals and achieving KPI's such as number of dials, number of sales and revenue."

Customer assistant - M&S

M&S is looking for a customer assistant to work in the food department at its Portwood store. This is a fixed-term position, with weekend shifts. The salary will rise to £12 per hour from 1 April.

According to the job description, responsibilities will include: "Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points; keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product;

Hallidays is looking for a trainee accountant to work in Bredbury on a permanent full-time basis, for a salary of £23,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have a 2.1 degree (not necessarily in accountancy) and at least a B in GCSE English and maths.

Roles will involve preparing corporation returns, vat returns, management accounts, and more.

Vertas Derbyshire Ltd is looking for a cleaning supervisor to work at Arden Primary School on a permanent basis for 15 hours per week. The salary is £11.14 per hour.

The shift pattern is 6am-9am Monday to Friday.
