Police in Stockport are appealing for information following reports of an attempted robbery in Cheadle.

The incident is believed to have taken place on the Kingsway / Gatley Road junction on 25 April 2025, at approximately 2.50pm.

After the attempted robbery, the offenders are thought to have travelled towards Gatley Village.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said in a statement that officers are continuing to investigate the incident, and are "working closely with partner agencies to identify the offenders of this crime".
