Police appeal for information following burglary in Cheadle

Police officers in Stockport are appealing for information following a burglary at a property on Adshall Road, Cheadle. 

The burglary took place on 20 December 2023, at around 1.45pm. 

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said: "Following initial enquiries, it is understood that a man gained entry to the property through the rear door while the victim's loved one was at home and stole a box of items including an envelope with £700 cash inside."

The suspect left the scene, and police have subsequently launched an investigation to identify and locate the suspect. 

Police believe the individual pictured above may have further information regarding the incident. 

GMP said: "Officers are appealing to the public for any information and are looking to speak to the individual in this image as officers believe they may have further information regarding this incident."
