Police are appealing for information after a man died in Reddish.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) has said there are no suspicious circumstances around his death, but they would like to trace his family.

The man is Robert McCheyne, who passed away on 23 September 2025.

Anybody with information should call the coroner on 0161 856 9696.

A statement from GMP reads: "We want to trace the family of Robert McCheyne, of Reddish, Stockport, who died on 23/9/25. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death."
