Man sustains 'life-threatening injuries' in electric dirt-bike crash in Edgeley

A man sustained life-threatening injuries in a road collision in Edgeley yesterday (Thursday 30 July).

Emergency services were called to Alder Grove after a Sur-Ron electric bike crashed into a house.

The incident took place around 1.38pm.

The rider, who is in his 30s, was taken to hospital.

Police have now opened an investigation into the incident and are appealing for anybody with information to come forward.

This includes CCTV, dashcam, doorbell or mobile phone footage.

If this was the same guy that bumped into me in morrisons car park I'm not surprised he didn't have brakes. Then fell off it. Told him he'd be better off walking. Not being biased here but he couldn't walk in a straight line either 😂
