A Stockport-based property agent is relocating to the historic Borough Chambers building in Stockport town centre.

Property Sense, an estate and letting agent, has moved from its former home in The Mailbox as part of a broader expansion plan.

The company will occupy two upper floors of the building, above the Preen beauty salon.

Since starting in April 2024, Property Sense has already been busy around Stockport - the firm helped to secure tenants for more than 40% of the 196 apartments at Stockport Interchange.

Mike Haywood, CEO of Property Sense, said: "We're spearheading innovation [...] From self-contained blocks in the North of England to individual buy-to-lets across the country, we've had so much success since our inception.

"Expanding our office space was a natural next step for us, enabling us to grow our team and business offering.

"There has never been a more exciting time to join the company, with so much in the pipeline for Property Sense.

"Our first few months have surpassed even my high expectations. The BTR (build to rent) market is booming, and our specialist knowledge and experience in this area has made for many huge successes already.

"I can't wait to move into our new premises, onboard more talented team members and build on the impressive foundations we've set."
