A licensed craft and cocktail bar in the heart of Romiley is up for sale.

Situated on Stockport Road, Romiley's high street, the business boasts an excellent location and commands a large amount of footfall.

A description concerning the sale reads: "This is no ordinary suburban bar. [It is] the perfect place to experience themed cocktails, draft beers and soft drinks. Since ownership, [the] client has undertaken an extensive refurbishment program and the premises is therefore well equipped and immaculately presented throughout.

"[...] There is vast scope to extend the current limited trading hours and capitalise on the day and evening trade by broadening the service by introducing a coffee shop within the business."

The leasehold price is £39,950, and the business pulls in an annual turnover of £77,000.
