Hazel Grove and Heaton Moor NatWest branches to close in June
Heaton Moor and Hazel's Groves NatWest branches will be closing in June 2025, the banking company has announced.
These branches are among 53 others which will be closing this year.
Explaining the closures, a NatWest spokesperson said there was "an increased demand for mobile and online services".
"Our customers benefit from a faster and easier way to bank", they added.
- Heaton Moor's branch at 44 Heaton Moor Road will close on 3 June 2025.
- Hazel Grove's branch at 180 London Road will close on 19 June 2025.
After the closures, the next closest branch for would be in Stockport town centre, at 10 Great Underbank.
NatWest's spokesperson continued: "Closing a branch is a decision we take very seriously.
"We know it can affect those less confident with alternatives we offer. We'll always work hard to guide and support you through the changes and find the best way to serve you from now on.
