The much-loved Foodie Friday makes its monthly return this week, but this time with a special twist.

On Friday 27 September in Market Place will be a special 1980s-themed edition of Foodie Friday, with visitors encouraged to wear their '80s threads.

"Remember... it was acceptable in the eighties!", the organisers said.

As well as the special theme, the event will feature live music, plus the usual cast of top food traders.

There are 23 street food traders this time around, purveying everything from tacos to dim sum and ice cream to pizza, with much more in-between.

There will also be bars in Market Place open throughout the evening.

Foodie Friday runs from 6-9pm - no ticket required!

Find more information on the Foodie Friday Facebook page.
