Trainee sales executive - Swansway / Motor Match

Swansway is looking for a sales executive to join the company’s new fast-track programme. Applicants will receive pay of £25,000 per year, plus commission. 

According to the job description: “We are excited to launch our 'fast track' sales training programme, this programme is aimed at candidates who are looking for a new career in vehicle sales and already have experience within customer service. 

“This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates that may have been affected by the pandemic and are now looking to use their customer service experience in a new industry.

“When you join Swansway on our fast track programme during your first 3 months you will go through initial training, after 3 months you should have all of the tools you need to offer first class customer service and sell vehicles to our customers. 

“Once you complete your training period you'll earn commission on all of your sales plus a company vehicle, the on target earnings for our Sales Executives is £45,000, while our top performers earn in excess of £60,000.

“As a Sales Executive for Motor Match, you'll be selling our full product range of used vehicles while delivering market leading customer service to our customers. Reporting into the Sales Manager it will be your responsibility to handle sales enquiries that maybe face to face, via telephone, internet and email.”

Retail assistant - Primark 

Primark is looking for a retail assistant to work on a permanent part-time basis for £11 per hour. The contracted hours vary from eight hours to 20 hours. 

According to the job description: As a retail assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

“Providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with things like sizes or styles, purchases, or returns;

“Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and all the latest fashions, as well as keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom;

“Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns;

“Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products on to the shop floor and ensuring they’re all correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.”

Warehouse / stockroom operative - MusicMagpie

MusicMagpie is looking for a warehouse / stockroom operative to work for £10.42 per hour on a full-time permanent basis. 

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of warehouse experience and be “comfortable with a fast-paced target driven environment.”

The role involves “picking and dispatching online customer orders, processing and dispatching customer FOC requests, locating all accepted stock into the department’s stock file system, and managing and prioritising of all department online orders”.

Customer assistant (Christmas) - M&S 

M&S is looking for a customer assistant to work over Christmas at its Hazel Grove Simply Food store. This is a fixed-term role, involving 16 hours per week, with pay of £10.90 per hour.

Team member - Greggs

Greggs is looking for a team member to work at its Edgeley store (Castle Street) for £10.60 per hour. This is a permanent role, with 16 contract hours. 

According to the job description: “We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, click & collect and drive-thru. 

“This means that our team members get involved with everything: serving customers from the till, managing the ovens, making fresh sandwiches, stocking the shelves, preparing orders for delivery or click & collect, and ensuring that the shop looks clean, tidy, and presentable for our customers. 

“It's a busy role, but of course it’s also very rewarding, being surrounded by friendly and welcoming people and a great team, there’ll be time for some fun along the way!”
