Bramhall's first co-working space has officially opened in Flynn House.

'The Hub', based at Flynn House, has eight fully-furnished spaces for local businesspeople to use. The aim is to offer flexible working space which can be hired temporarily, for people to work "without the commitment of leasing an office".

The spaces vary in size and purpose. Some feature individual 'pods' for freelancers and remote employees, whilst others offer spacious meeting rooms which can be hired by the hour.

Those who use 'The Hub' can also use all the other shared facilities at Flynn House, including the kitchen (with complementary snacks and refreshment, no less), fast Wi-Fi, and the heating / air conditioning systems.

The space is available for anywhere from a one off day to a couple of days each month. Book your space HERE. Offers start from £20 per day for a 'pod'.

Owner Darren McHugh said: "This is the first of its kind in Bramhall. We have seen many co-working spaces open up in Manchester and in bigger towns nearby, but we feel this type of space would thrive here in Bramhall.

"Flynn House has so much more to offer than its square footage. It's about building a place for the community where businesses and people can learn from one another. I feel the space will help to grow our area's vibrant and diverse economy," concludes Darren.
