Edgeley Park will host an international footballing duel in September, as it welcomes England and Romania U20s.

The game will take place on Tuesday 10 September as part of the Men's Elite League. Kick off is at 7pm.

The U20s squads are open to anybody born between 1 January 2003 and 31 December 2005.

A County spokesperson said: "We are delighted to have agreed with the FA to host this fixture, which is testament to the hard work that has been done in recent years to create an elite venue and playing surface at Edgeley Park."

The young lions will be under the management of Ben Futcher - he will take charge from Lee Carsley, who is currently the interim manager of the senior team.

It looks like an opportunity to see some of England's top young talent, and to see some other top international players from Romania.

Tickets are £5 for adults, £3 for concessions (65+, student & 14-17) and £1 for under 13s.
