A Stockport property which was plagued by drug-related activity and anti-social behaviour has been closed.

Stockport Council secured a closure order for a property on Ince Close following a successful court case.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP), Stockport Council and Stockport Homes - the borough's housing association - worked together to build the case and close the property, making local residents' lives that bit more peaceful.

"This coordinated action demonstrates our commitment to listening to concerns and taking firm enforcement action where ASB harms our neighbourhoods", a GMP spokesperson said.
