Apartments at Stopford Park, a new 442-home development in Stockport town centre, are now up for sale.

Flats in the Bosden building, one of the blocks at Stopford Park, are now launching 'off-plan', with a range of one- and two- bed options marketed by estate agent Reside.

A one-bed apartment is up for grabs for £185,000.

It, and others like it, promise "bright, open-plan living spaces, modern integrated kitchens, and a high-quality finish throughout, creating a space that feels both functional and refined.

"Perfectly positioned in Bosden, residents benefit from easy access to Stockport town centre, excellent connections into Manchester, and nearby green spaces, bringing together convenience, connectivity, and a more relaxed pace of living."

The Stopford Park development is based on Greek Street and Wellington Road South.

In addition to Bosden, there will be a a striking 16-storey residential tower comprising 258 apartments called Lyme, and the former Metropolitan Girls' School on the site will be converted into a further 122 new apartments, dubbed Torkington (Lyme and Torkington will be opening later).

It means that in total there will be 442 homes on the site.

The development, which is being carried out by Cityheart, promises to 'transform' the area and mark a 'new chapter' for Stockport.

Penny Langton, marketing director at Cityheart, said: "The release of Bosden apartments for sale marks an important milestone in the Stopford Park development.

"It's an exciting time to be in Stockport and this is a great opportunity for buyers to put down some roots and be part of something from the start. As demand for the apartments build, we can't wait to welcome new residents moving in this summer."
