The organisers of the Made in Stockport Awards are searching for sponsors for its award categories.

The awards were started in 2021, to "showcase and support all types of creative businesses across the town".

The organisers are looking for sponsors in the following categories for the Made in Stockport Awards 2024.

  • Business of the Year - sponsored by Robinson's Brewery
  • Small Business of the Year - AVAILABLE
  • Concept of the Year - AVAILABLE
  • Food Producer of the Year - sponsored by Robinson's Brewery
  • Drink Producer of the Year - AVAILABLE
  • Best Crafter of the Year - AVAILABLE
  • Business to look out for - AVAILABLE
  • Capturing Stockport Award - AVAILABLE
  • Independent Shop Front - AVAILABLE

Being a category sponsor costs £150, and includes a listing on the voting page, promotion on social media, and a logo on the finalist and winner awards material. It also includes a logo on a banner at the awards ceremony, and the sponsor will be featured in the awards programme. The sponsor will also get one ticket.

In 2023, the Made in Stockport Awards attracted over 6,000 votes from across the town, with post awards coverage in Cheshire Life, Marketing Stockport and Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
