The candidates for this year's general election have been confirmed.

The Stockport Metropolitan Borough area contains three constituencies, those being Cheadle, Hazel Grove, and Stockport itself.

The boundaries have changed since the last general election - for one, Reddish now forms part of Stockport constituency, and Hazel Grove now includes parts of Heaviley. It is worth checking your own boundaries to see if your constituency has changed.
