A new car dealership in Stockport is celebrating an early milestone after reaching 100 vehicle sales just months after opening its doors, on Wellington Road. 

Swansway OMODA JAECOO Stockport opened in December 2025 and has seen strong interest from drivers across Greater Manchester as the two Chinese sister automotive brands establish themselves into the market. 

The achievement highlights growing curiosity among hybrid and electric vehicles, where motorists are eager to explore new brands, particularly those offering distinctive designs and modern technology. 

Leading the way so far has been the OMODA 5, which has proved to be the dealership's most popular model. The SUV has attracted drivers looking for a practical everyday vehicle with contemporary styling and advanced features.

Alongside this, interest is also growing in the recently introduced JAECOO 7 SHS. The plug in hybrid SUV forms part of the brand's expanding line up and has begun attracting attention from drivers looking for a vehicle that combines efficiency with SUV practicality.
