This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, a superb salary basic of 40k is on offer with additional bonuses on top Job Duties include:

• Lead and motivate a team of parts specialists to deliver strong customer service
• Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to fulfil parts requirements
• Fully accountable for departmental profitability, driving sales, gross profit and cost control to optimise financial performance
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise parts sales and inventory control

Requirements:

• Experience within a parts manager position is preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to develop a team
• Full clean licence
• Knowledge of inventory management and parts catalogue systems
