- Operate high-level order picker machinery (HLOP) to access stock stored at height.
- Pick stock orders accurately according to order sheets or digital instructions.
- Transport picked goods to packing stations or staging areas for dispatch.
- Perform stock replenishment tasks, moving goods into racking as needed.
- Conduct routine safety checks on the HLOP equipment and alert management of any issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and safe working practices (including manual handling).
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area, including correct storage of pallets, packaging materials etc.
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries when required.
- Use warehouse management systems or scanning devices to record stock movements.
- Meet picking productivity and quality targets.
- Work shifts (could include early, late, night shifts) as required.
