Job Description

About the Role:

As the Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our beauty brand's online presence. You will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from website development and optimisation to marketing and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Manage and optimise our online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Oversee website development and maintenance, including user interface, functionality, and performance.
  • Lead e-commerce marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyse website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the beauty industry.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

Salary: 100,000 per year
