We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Poynton for a CNC band saw operators on a temporary to permanent basis. Our client is a long established business looking to add to their existing and settled team Hours are Sunday to Thursday 22.00 - 06.00 paying £13.35 per hour although training will be done on the day shift (either 06.00 - 14.00 or 14.00 - 22.00) and you will be paid the day rate of £12.04 per hour for this period.

Duties include

• Operating of 5-ton overhead gantry cranes
• Cutting lengths of steel accurately to precise measurements from cutting notes by using fully or semi-automated Band Saws / Cold Saws.
• Adhering to all Fire, Health & Safety Regulations and training provided to you
• Acting on instruction from supervisor at all times
• Store processed material in designated Warehouse Bay(s)
• Undertake stock checks as required
