We are seeking an ambitious and driven Used Car Business Manager to join a successful and fast-paced dealership in Stockport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who excels at maximising finance, insurance, and add-on product performance whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the General Sales Manager and Used Car Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitability and ensuring every customer journey is handled professionally and compliantly.

Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the finance and insurance process from enquiry through to vehicle handoverMaximising finance penetration and ancillary product salesEnsuring all deals are structured effectively to achieve dealership profitability targetsSupporting, coaching and developing the sales teamMaintaining full FCA compliance throughout the sales processWorking with lenders and finance partners to achieve the best outcomes for customersMonitoring daily and monthly performance against key KPIsAssisting with stock, pricing and vehicle merchandising strategiesDelivering a first-class customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or high-performing Senior Sales Executive within the motor tradeStrong understanding of automotive finance and insurance productsProven track record of achieving and exceeding F&I targetsExcellent communication, negotiation and closing skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProfessional, customer-focused approachFull UK driving licence
