This is a full-time, permanent position located in Stockport. The OTE for this role is £28,000.Let's talk about the role, it involves;Registration and management of Letting applicantsArranging & completing viewings/appointmentsHandle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound callsProvide constructive and informative feedback to LandlordsGenerate and negotiate offers to get lets agreedComplete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transactionLiaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completionsWe're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
