Key Responsibilities:

Enquiry Management: Handle incoming enquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information to potential tenants. Experience with Street software is a plus!

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage, exceeding client expectations and building long-lasting relationships.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Lettings Associates and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

Reporting: Provide updates during daily sales meetings and maintain our Monday Kaban and Trackers.

Database Management: Keep our database (Street) accurate and up to date, ensuring efficient traffic of all relevant information.

Product Knowledge: Understand the unique selling points of all current developments and effectively communicate these to clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsNumerate and computer literate, with strong organisational skillsA proactive, self-motivated team playerA genuine passion for property and a desire to learn and growTenacity and charisma to overcome objections and drive success
