This is a full-time, permanent position located in Heaton Moor. No previous property management experience necessary. Paying up to £24,000 basic (depending on experience) with an OTE of up to £29,000.Let's talk about the role, it involves:Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords.Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.Organising & recommending maintenance works.We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
