Role - Facilities Coordinator Location- Stockport Salary- 30kYour role as Facilities Coordinator: Our client are a multi-let property company who own and operate a diversified portfolio of purpose built multi-let properties across the UK. They have offices in London and Stockport, and own and manage more than 100 industrial estates which are home to over 1,500 customers. As a result of growth, they now have a new opportunity available for a Facilities Coordinator based from their Stockport office. The role will report into the Head of FM and you will provide administration and secretarial support to the Facilities Management (FM) team to enable them to execute the Company's strategy and business plan.Your duties and responsibilities as Facilities Coordinator:
