A bit about the job As a Motor Claims Liability Investigator, you will be responsible for gathering all the correct and relevant information, liaising with our customers and parties involved in the claim including our suppliers to achieve the best settlement outcomes for our customers and business. Your success will impact Aviva's success in the market when it comes to indemnity spend and becoming market leading. • Possess a persuasive, strong and confident customer service
• The ability to work in teams and collaborate with others
• Self-motivated to complete investigations, obtain evidence to defend our liability stance, an ability to handle difficult calls with both customers and third parties while working under pressure.
• Basic computer, literacy, numeracy skills

• Starting salary between 25,100 to 28,500 based on a 35 hour weekor pro rata up to 32,571.43 if you prefer a 40 hour week (depending on location, skills, experience,and qualifications)
