Are you a talented writer with a knack for crafting compelling proposals? We're working with a rapidly growing SaaS company revolutionizing operations, and we're looking for a Bid Writer to help secure new business across global markets.

About the Role

As a Bid Writer, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality, persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders. Working closely with teams across the business-including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing-you'll ensure our proposals align with our strategy and stand out from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit clear, accurate, and engaging bid responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and non-technical content.
  • Use AI tools to enhance efficiency and tailor responses to evaluation criteria.
  • Maintain an organized library of reusable content and track bids via CRM systems.
  • Support post-submission reviews to drive continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, concise language.
  • Experience in bid writing or proposal development (SaaS/tech experience is essential).
  • Familiarity with RFP/tender processes
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve drafting efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience for example HubSpot
