Perform quality checks at each stage of assembly and packing to ensure products meet required standards. Accurately pick and prepare items for dispatch, ensuring correct documentation and labelling. Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring goods are handled safely and stored correctly. Maintain stock accuracy by recording parts and materials used in the production and packing process. Follow all health, safety, and manual handling procedures, including safe lifting of items up to 20kg. Keep the work area clean, organised, and free from hazards in line with 5S/lean manufacturing principles. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and dispatch targets. Report any defects, shortages, or machinery issues promptly to line management. Flexibility to assist in other areas of production, packing, or warehouse operations when required.
