We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Travel Operations Executive to join a fabulous travel company that offers a range of luxury holidays globally. This exciting and varied role encompassing, concierge, marketing customer service, and operations ideal for an existing travel professional with operations / admin / sales support experience from a travel background. Part-Time office based role 3-4 days a week.

We require a detail-oriented travel professional who thrives on ensuring everything is taken care of, from financial processes to pre-departure client support.

Part-Time Travel Operations Executive Duties:

  • Manage pre-departure travel through liaising with hotels, international suppliers and clients to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Arrange client transfers, reconfirm reservations with hotels, complete online check-ins, send final documents and itineraries to clients.
  • Handle post-departure follow-ups and feedback collection.
  • Assist with processing supplier payments and reconciling final client balances.
  • Support the concierge service by booking client extras, including restaurant reservations, excursions and unique experiences.
  • Offer clients the opportunity to enhance their experiences through upgrades and optional extras.
  • Assist with posting content on our social media channels.
  • Help compile and send our weekly email newsletters to clients.

Part-Time Travel Operations Executive Essential Requirements

    • Previous experience in an administrative, operational or PA role within the travel industry is imperative.
    • Exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
    • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
    • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
    • Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Meta, Mailchimp, Canva) is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Please note only suitable travel candidates from a travel agent or tour operator, happy with an office based part time role will be considered for the Travel Operations Executive role.

Locations ideal for the role include Manchester, Cheadle, Stockport, Denton, Bredbury, Hazel Grove, Hyde and surrounding.
