We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent, part-time, General Assistant Mobile to join our team based at Stockport - Unit 2 - Kennedy Way.Hours of work 15£12.46 per hour part-time working Thursday and Friday 8-4pmTraining will be providedAbout the role:The purpose of the Mobile General Assistant role is to deliver a variety of services to the required standard and specification.The role will be mobile covering a geographic area but may also be required to support other properties within the locality when needed. Providing services which support our customers in enabling excellent patient care within NHS Property Service Buildings.There remit includes:Delivering high standards of service across all activities undertakenProviding a high level of customer servicePromoting NHS PS values and behavioursMaintaining professional relationships with service providers on site.Key responsibilities:Timely delivery of a full range of service to include but not limited to:Open/ Close BuildingUndertaking weekly tests, e.g. Fire alarm testsLitter pickingFlushing of Little used outletsUndertaking minor tasks as assigned via the CORE system, i.e. replacing broken fixtures and fittingsProviding Cover/support for sites where required.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Experience working in a customer focused environmentExperience of following Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of WorkEffective communication skills both verbally and writtenPositive attitude to learningTraining will be provided on the job thorough a combination of instruction and practice or by attending training sessions.What we can offer you:27 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday.Training and development opportunities, providing opportunities for you to develop and progress through our Professional Excellence Framework.SMART Pension contribution into which the company will contribute up to 6%.NHS retail discounts and Cycle to Work Scheme.15 hours (pro-rata) of paid time off to volunteer at a cause of your choice.We have a great Colleague Assistance Programme and offer support for all areas of life.An organisation with a passionWe are an organisation with a passion for giving back.
