As a Supported Living Manager in Stockport, you will have the rewarding role of leading a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and support to individuals, helping them to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives. Successful candidate for this Supported Living Manager position will have:

• Experience leading and managing a team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and personal growth.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supported living service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

As a Supported Living Manager you will need to have the below experience:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the health and social care sector.
• Strong understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
• Have completed or undertaking your Level 5 in Social care managemment or equivalent .
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in supported living services.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
