Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care within an agreed framework. Assess, plan, and deliver care in collaboration with patients and their families. Supervise and support junior staff, acting as a mentor to newly qualified nurses. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, mental health legislation, and NMC standards.
