Role: Children's Team Manager Location: Stockport Team: MASSH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding and Support Hub) Pay: Up to £40 per hour Contract: Locum Hybrid (minimum two days per week working from home)

We re working with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council to recruit two experienced Team Managers to lead within their busy MASSH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding and Support Hub) service. This is a vital role at the front door of children s services, ensuring that safeguarding concerns are identified quickly, assessed appropriately, and responded to effectively in partnership with key agencies.

As a MASSH Team Leader, you ll manage a multidisciplinary team handling initial contacts and referrals. You ll work closely with partners including police, health, education, and early help teams to provide a fast, coordinated safeguarding response. This is a fast-paced and rewarding environment where strong leadership and sound decision-making are essential.

• Social Work Qualification

• At least 3 years experience in a children's front door or MASH setting

• Experience managing a team in a safeguarding or assessment service

• Strong decision-making and multi-agency working skills

• Flexibility to work from the office a minimum of three days per week
