BSW - Stockport:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Behaviour Support worker to support children at at specialist school in the Stockport You will be supporting children with SEMH issues.

Position Details:

  • Location: Stockport
  • Position: Behaviour Support Worker
  • Hours: 8am-3:30pm
  • Minimum rate of pay: 103.94 per day, depending on experience
  • Full time/part time: Full time only
  • Type of work: Temporary
  • Start date: September 2025
  • End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Team Teach qualification would be highly desirable
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
  • An excellent understanding of behaviour management techniques
  • A flexible and proactive approach to working in a team

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child bared list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
