About the Role:As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll work with pupils who may display challenging behaviour due to trauma, anxiety, or unmet emotional needs. You'll provide 1:1 support and small group intervention, helping pupils develop positive relationships, regulate their emotions, and engage in learning.You'll work as part of a dedicated and supportive team, creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes personal growth and educational progress.
