TSR are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our client s team, working on a social housing maintenance contract in the Stockport area. This is a customer-facing role carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations within domestic social housing properties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, faulty pipework, sanitary ware, and heating-related plumbing components (non-gas work).
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Work independently to manage jobs and liaise with tenants respectfully and professionally.
• Accurately record completed works using handheld devices or job sheets.
• Support other trades as required and work as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team.

Location: Stockport area

Duration: 1 month +

Must have:

• References
• Right to work documents
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience in a similar role.
