Walk, jog, or run for five kilometres in parks around Stockport every Saturday morning.  

According to the Parkrun website: "Parkrun is a free, community event where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. Parkrun is 5k and takes place every Saturday morning

"Parkrun is positive, welcoming and inclusive, there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along."

Parkrun is free - attendants need only register once online using the link on this page to take part 

Runs take place at the following locations at 9am every Saturday morning:

• Bramhall - Bramall Hall, Hall Road, Bramhall, Stockport, SK7 3NX
• Burnage - Varley Park, Battersea Road, Stockport, SK4 3EA
• Cheadle Hulme - Bruntwood Park, Bruntwood Lane, Cheadle, SK8 1HX
• Lyme Park - Lyme Park, Lyme Handley, Disley, Cheshire East, SK12 2NR
• Marple - Brabyns Park, Brabyns Brow, Marple Bridge, Stockport, SK6 5DT
• Woodbank - Woodbank Park, Turncroft Lane, Offerton, Stockport, SK1 4JR
