The much-loved Moovin Festival makes a return to Stockport this year for a very special 10-year anniversary.

It is to take place at Whitebottom Farm from 23-25 August 2024.

Performing artists this year include Leftfield, DJ Laurent Garnier, Sampa the Great Erol Alkan, Crazy P, David Rodigan, Souls of Mischief, Mr Scruff, Greg Wilson, Jaguar Skills, Congo Natty, Ray Keith, DRS, Nicky Blackmarket, Nubiyan Twist, K Klass and many more innovative bands, DJs and live acts.

In the words of the organisers: "Moovin Festival is an exceptional celebration of sonic brilliance, eclectic music, and quirkiness, set in a beautiful and intimate environment."

The festival prides itself on its independence, as well as its intimacy - the environment is such that you are afforded the rare chance of getting up close and personal with your favourite artists.

And there is a huge range of artists to choose from.

As well as established legends - some of whom will be making rare appearances at the festival this year - Moovin will also showcase the best of up and coming talent.

Nor is it just the music which visitors can look forward to; the line up also features circus performances, yoga sessions, 'holistic healing' treatments, and ethically-sourced cuisine.

As the organisers state: "Moovin offers a counter-cultural vibe". It promises to be a heady mix of banging tunes and verdant countryside, a place for "magic, mayhem, and endless surprises".

Groove Armada said of the festival: "At the bottom of a tree-lined valley, a hay barn with a fat sound-system. A freewheeling crowd, no VIP red ropes, no hassle, just music and good vibes."
