Residents of Stockport and Greater Manchester are being invited to kick off 2026 with laughter as Reddish Working Men's Club hosts Comedy Night 2 on Friday 30th January 2026 – a perfect antidote to the January blues.

Taking place at the historic Reddish Working Men's Club on Greg Street, the event promises a night of high-quality stand-up comedy featuring a stellar line-up of nationally recognised performers, all under one roof. With tickets priced at just £10 each, or £18 for two, the night offers outstanding value for an evening out.

Returning as host after proving hugely popular with audiences on his last visit is MC Sam Harland, a seasoned circuit favourite known for his sharp wit, warmth and relatable humour. The bill also features Kevin Finn, a Britain's Got Talent 2024 live finalist whose energetic performances, spot-on accents and storytelling have earned him sell-out shows across the UK. Kevin has also appeared in Coronation Street and supported Peter Kay on tour.

Completing the line-up are Steve Shanyaski, a Comedy Central and ITV performer celebrated for his surreal observations and charming delivery, and Stephen Cookson, an award-winning one-liner specialist. Stephen is a former World One Liner Championship winner and Comedy Store King Gong champion, with critics comparing his work to comedy heavyweights such as Milton Jones and Gary Delaney.
