Stockport Garrick is hosting its short film festival this weekend, from 7-8 March.

The Stockport Garrick Short Film Festival (SGSFF) invites filmmakers and film enthusiasts alike to enjoy a showcase of short films created by local creatives. Open to everyone, this event is more than just a screening—it's an opportunity to connect, network, and learn from others in the heart of Stockport.

"Stockport is a vibrant hub of creativity, and this festival highlights the incredible talent our town has to offer. Held at the historic Stockport Garrick Theatre, the oldest Little Theatre in the country, SGSFF provides a unique space to discover fresh stories, support local artists, and immerse yourself in a thriving creative community.

Tickets are £10 for the day or £15 for the weekend.
