Stockport County players and staff will hit the roads of Stockport in an open-top bus on Sunday 28 April for a victory parade, to celebrate their new status as League Two champions.

The parade will begin from Stockport Town Hall at 3pm, crossing the A6 to Greek Street, and then onwards to the Armoury Roundabout before the home stretch back to Edgeley Park, where the bus will arrive at 3.40pm.

Fans are encouraged to line the streets along the way, and give the champions their due reception.

Once at Edgeley Park, fans can book a spot in the stadium to watch the official presentation ceremony, hosted by club president Steve Bellis.

From 4pm, the players will walk out one-by-one, each given a chance to lift the trophy. The players will also receive their end of the season awards.

There are a handful of tickets remaining for the presentation ceremony as of the time of writing. They can be picked up from the County website for £2, with proceeds going to the County community trust.
