As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will play a key role in structural repair, performing major disassembly, modification, and rebuild of aircraft structures in our base maintenance operations. • Perform major structural repairs and modifications, including removal of aircraft structural sections while stress-jacked.
• Work to fine tolerances and maintain high standards of craftsmanship and precision.
• Uphold high housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Adhere to company and manufacturer procedures when executing repairs and modifications.
• Implement modifications from drawings and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Aircraft engineering apprenticeship completed or relevant live aircraft experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in live aircraft and structural maintenance.
• Proven experience in aircraft modification/production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturer drawings and Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs).
• Excellent hand skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
• Well-developed organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
