Principal Test Engineer - Automation Excellence

This is not a coordination role. It is hands-on, high-impact test engineering at scale.

The successful candidate will bring strong automation experience, with deep, proven expertise in Selenium C# and or Java. This role requires someone who has designed, built and evolved robust, maintainable automation frameworks from the ground up, with a strong focus on Selenium-based solutions.

You will lead testing across multiple teams, define strategy, champion modern engineering standards and mentor automation engineers, while remaining technically hands-on. Strong API automation experience, framework design capability and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential.

Experience required

• Advanced hands-on automation experience
• Deep expertise in C#, Java & Selenium framework engineering
• Strong API automation capability (design, data, validation)
• Proven experience mentoring and setting technical direction
• Confidence operating in fast-paced, multi-team environments
