We are currently recruiting for a leading specialist organisation based in the North-West who are now looking to strengthen their already established Workshop team by recruiting an additional CNC Programmer.

• Position: CNC Programmer / Production Engineer
• Shift: Days only Monday to Friday Early finish on Friday.
• Salary: £36,000 - £40,000
• 33days holiday
• Pension
• On-site parking

This position is commutable from the following Areas: Hyde / Ashton-Under-Lyne / Manchester / Altrincham / Stretford / Stockport

Ideally the CNC Programmer / Production Engineer will hold the following:

• Previous experience with Programming on MAZAK & FANUC Controls
• Must be fully trained with proven experience
• Experience with generating and proving out programs on both CNC Lathes and vertical milling machines.
• Ability with Setting / operating / milling and turning mainly FANUC and Mazatrol Controls.
• Able to work to engineering drawings and 3D Models
• Proven experience with programming MAZAK integrex multi axis turning centres.
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies Kaizen & 5S
• Ideally the CNC Programmer will be Apprentice trained holding a HND/HNC in Manufacturing Engineering.
