An exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager in a leading chemical distribution company serving industries like personal care, health, and cleaning products. This role involves driving sales growth and managing a small sales team to ensure high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for raw chemical materials.
  • Identify key markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead the sales team, set targets, and drive performance.
  • Maintain market knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and R&D to align sales with demand.

Candidate Profile:

  • Team management experience will be an advantage.
  • Able to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Chemical sales experience.
  • Skilled in customer relationship management.
  • Bachelor s degree or similar qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience.
  • UK driving license required (sponsorship is not available).
